With the Warriors falling to Widnes on Thursday and Hull KR suffering a defeat at the hands of Leigh on Saturday, there was plenty to keep fans interested throughout the week.
Warrington were close to losing to the Dragons before Ben Currie crossed to keep their hunt for the League Leaders Shield well and truly alive, while Hull FC's predicted struggle after winning the Challenge Cup turned true as they fell to Saints at Langtree Park.
There were plenty of tries as teams continue to fight for play-off places with an eye on the Grand Final, while the race for a place in next year's Super League competition is lighting up after Salford suffered another loss in the Qualifiers over the weekend.
