England's Ryan Hall was "bewildered" to be named international rookie of the year.
Winger rewarded for prolific season
Leeds winger Ryan Hall admitted he was "bewildered" to be named international rookie of the year.
Hall, 21, beat Penrith centre Michael Jennings and England team-mate Richie Myler to the award after a prolific first full season in the engage Super League.
"I'm quite bewildered at the moment," he said.
"From where I've come in such a short period of time is quite a leap.
"I was surprised to be one of the nominees, to be honest. It's a great honour for me.
"I class this as my first real season because I've played throughout.
"I've got one more step to take at the weekend," he added, referring to Saturday's Gillette Four Nations final between England and Australia at Elland Road.
