St Helens have agreed to dual register Chris Dean with Widnes Vikings for the 2010 season. Dean, a centre or back rower, came through Saints' academy and has made 12 senior appearances for the Super League club. The 21-year-old spent some time on loan with Championship team Widnes in 2008. Most Super League clubs have begun to adopt the new dual registration system and Dean will be available for the Vikings when not needed by St Helens.
