WWE NXT: Samoa Joe beats Tyler Breeze with Coquina Clutch

Samoa Joe continued his impressive run of results since joining the NXT roster by besting Tyler Breeze on Wednesday night.
The in-ring veteran, who had already knocked off Rhyno and Baron Corbin in addition to winning the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic with Finn Balor, proved too strong for Breeze in Orlando, prevailing with the Coquina Clutch.
Joe and Breeze, whose clash came about after they eliminated each other from an NXT Championship No 1 Contender's Battle Royal a few weeks ago, put on a wrestling clinic for fans inside Full Sail University.
Breeze - who recently made his WWE main roster debut - wriggled free of a Muscle Buster and executed a Supermodel Kick on his larger opponent, but was eventually made to tap out around the nine-minute mark.
Elsewhere on NXT, popular tag team Chad Gable and Jason Jordan defeated Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa with Grand Amplitude, while there were victories in the women's division for Emma and Nia Jax, the grapplers bossing Shazza and Kay Lee Ray respectively.
But Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady's bout against Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder failed to take place when the New Yorkers were viciously attacked by their rivals before the bell rang.
Dawson and Wilder took out Amore and then went on to focus on Cassady's left knee, the giant subsequently suffering a sprained MCL and bruised bone that will keep him out of action for four to six weeks.
