WWE remembers Hall of Famer Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka who has passed away at the age of 73.

WWE have paid tribute to Jimmy ‘Superfly’ Snuka following his passing at the age of 73.

Snuka, famed for his high-flying wrestling style, enjoyed great success in WWE in the early 1980s.

His Superfly Splash off the top of a steel cage in a match against Don Muraco in 1983 remains one of WWE’s most iconic moments.

Snuka - The Undertaker's first opponent at WrestleMania - was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1996.

Stephanie McMahon and Triple H have been among those to pay their respects to Snuka on Twitter.

"#RIPSuperfly one of the greatest icons in the history of our business. Sending our love and prayers to the entire family," wrote McMahon.
