La Luchadora is… Mickie James!

James' identity was exposed on Tuesday after she helped Alexa Bliss beat Becky Lynch to retain the Smackdown Women's Title inside a steel cage.

The 37-year-old entered the cage to kick Lynch in the head, allowing Bliss to nail the Irishwoman with a DDT and keep the belt she claimed from Lynch in a Tables Match in December.

La Luchadora and Bliss continued to attack Lynch after the bell but the Dubliner was able to peel off James' mask and reveal the former five-time Women's Champion and one-time Divas Champion.

James debuted in WWE in 2005 as Trish Stratus' biggest fan before winning the Women's Title from her at WrestleMania 22 the following year.

The Virginian left the company in 2010 but returned for a one-off match in November when she unsuccessfully challenged Asuka for the NXT Women's Championship in Toronto.

Elsewhere on Smackdown, AJ Styles versus The Miz ended in a no contest after John Cena, who was watching on commentary, delivered Attitude Adjustments to both men.

Cena's girlfriend, Nikki Bella, and Natalya fought at a merchandise stall as their rivalry cranked up, while Dolph Ziggler superkicked Jerry Lawler on a special episode of the King's Court.
