Jack Gallagher gained momentum ahead of his Cruiserweight Title clash with Neville at Fastlane by beating Tony Nese on 205 Live.
The Englishman clocked Nese with a head-butt and a belly-to-back suplex before hitting a match-winning dropkick on Tuesday's show in California.
Gallagher will challenge countryman Neville for his title on Sunday, March 5 at an event you will be able to watch live on Sky Sports Box Office.
Elsewhere on 205 Live, Scotland's Noam Dar displayed a solid ground-and-pound game to beat the high-flying Mustafa Ali, who at one point jumped over the referee to take out his opponent on the outside
Dar kicked Ali on top of the turnbuckle, causing his rival's face to crash into the ring post and giving him the chance to execute a running knee strike for the victory and respond to last week's defeat to Rich Swann.
Plus, The Brian Kendrick got the better of Akira Tozawa for the second night in a row, backing up his attack on Raw by earning a count-out win.
The Wizard of Odd, who was blasted with a suicide dive early in the contest, trapped Tozawa's foot in the ropes on the ring apron, rendering the former Dragon Gate star unable to make the official's 10 count.
