Alexa Bliss' parents on how their daughter overcame an eating disorder to become WWE Smackdown Women's Champion

Alexa Bliss is on a high, having claimed the WWE Smackdown Women's Title for a second time by beating Ireland's Becky Lynch on Tuesday night.
But her life has also featured its dark moments, with the 25-year-old suffering from a severe eating disorder in her teens and also wondering whether wrestling was the career for her.
Bliss' parents, Bob and Angela Kaufman, have supported their daughter through her triumphs and tribulations, as detailed in WWE's new digital show, My Daughter is a WWE Superstar.

Bliss opens up about how her eating disorder left her close to death and how her mum and bodybuilding helped her turn her life around.
Angela was not keen on her daughter becoming a wrestler initially - that's putting it mildly - but was the one who kept Bliss going as she voiced concerns as to whether she could make it in the industry.
The programme also shows the moment Bliss and her mum embraced after the Ohio-born star beat Lynch in a Tables Match in early December to scoop the Smackdown Women's Title for the first time.
