Rob Gronkowski got revenge on Jinder Mahal for his beer throwing at Wrestlemania 33

Jinder Mahal has called for NFL star Rob Gronkowski to be banned from all WWE arenas after costing him two matches.

The superstar was thwarted on his Smackdown debut by the New England Patriots tight end, who coaxed Mahal out of the ring and towards the fans before throwing beer at him.

That distraction was enough for Mahal to lose to Gronkowski's friend Mojo Rawley, the same man that beat him to take home the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy at Wrestlemania 33.

"I would have won the Andre The Giant Battle Royal and my debut match on Smackdown if not for Gronk," Mahal claimed on Talking Smack.

"Why is he not banned from every WWE event?"

Gronkowski went even further at Wrestlemania, getting in the ring to shoulder tackle Mahal after he threw a beer at the Super Bowl winner.

Smackdown Commissioner Shane McMahon appears unsympathetic, however, accusing Mahal of baiting Gronk.

"We'll take it under advisement but why did you leave the ring? We're pleased to have you on the roster but stay in the ring," McMahon responded.

Mahal is a new signing on Smackdown after being traded by RAW.

He's known for his muscly and vein-ridden physique but Mahal appears to be proud of it.

"No one in WWE out works me, no one in WWE out muscles me, no one in WWE out diets me. It's time for me to realise my potential in WWE. I don't care if it's Mojo, Kevin Owens... I want to realise my potential.

Mahal is yet to hold a title since joining WWE, something he hopes to amend now he's on the Smackdown roster.
