WWE RAW: Strowman takes out trash
Tuesday 25 April 2017 10:24, UK
Braun Strowman was at his destructive best just six nights before taking on Roman Reigns at WWE Payback.
Strowman went to town on Kalisto in a 'dumpster match' to again assert his dominance over the WWE roster.
With a skip placed ringside, the 'Monster Among Men' chucked the luchador into the barricades on multiple occasions before eventually throwing Kalisto into the oversized bin.
But Strowman wasn't done there, he then wheeled the dumpster up the ramp and pushed it off the stage with Kalisto inside.
Kalisto had to be stretchered into the back of an ambulance and was taken to a hospital in Kansas City.
Reigns, who missed RAW after the passing of his brother Matt "Rosey" Anoa'i, told WWE.com he would be ready to take on Strowman on Sunday, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
"I already took out the greatest legend of all time. If anybody should be worried, it should be Braun Strowman. He's got a whole storm of Payback that's about to come his way."
Elsewhere on RAW, Bray Wyatt surprised fans by making his in-ring return by teaming up with The Miz to beat Dean Ambrose and Chris Jericho in a tag match.
The Miz thought he was in a handicap match after his unnamed partner failed to show up, only for Wyatt, who faces Randy Orton for the WWE Championship at Payback, to arrive late on in the match to help claim victory.
But the unlikely alliance between Wyatt and The Miz didn't last long with Bray dropping his partner in the middle of the ring after the bell.
Finn Balor was also a surprise entrant into a match, stepping in for the injured Enzo in a six-man tag match alongside Cass and Seth Rollins to take on Anderson & Gallows and Samoa Joe.
Balor, who used to be part of the Bullet Club faction with Anderson & Gallows, put previous friendship aside to help his side pick up the victory.
It was Rollins that pinned Karl Anderson, meaning he's building up some momentum going into his clash against Samoa Joe on Sunday night.
No 1 contender for the Women's Championship Alex Bliss walked away from a battle with Sasha Banks and then attacked current title holder Bayley from behind.
Bayley defends her belt in her hometown of San Jose on Sunday against Bliss, who has made a real impact since signing from Smackdown.
