Sheamus and Cesaro retained the Raw tag team titles with a Samoa Joe-assisted win over Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins.

The Shield duo were getting the better of The Bar when Sheamus was disqualified for repeatedly kicking Rollins after the referee had ordered a break.

Under WWE rules, that meant that although Rollins and Ambrose would be given the victory, the titles would not change hands - but Raw general manager Kurt Angle ordered the match to be restarted under no disqualification conditions.

With that stipulation in place, Joe seized his chance to put one over his enemy Roman Reigns by costing his stablemates their championship shot by entering through the crowd and attacking Ambrose and then Rollins.

Reigns then ran in to see off Joe but amid the confusion Sheamus hit Ambrose with a Brogue Kick and put Cesaro on top of him for the victory.

Paige wins on return to action

After almost 18 months out of the ring, Paige made a victorious return to active competition with a win over Sasha Banks in a 16-minute match.

Paige was accompanied to the ring by her Absolution acolytes Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, while Banks brought Bayley and Mickie James for back-up.

A brawl ensued between the four outside the ring, and that was enough to distract Sasha to allow Paige to hit her with the Rampage and pick up the victory.

Reigns retains Intercontinental title

Jason Jordan was this week's challenger to Reigns' Intercontinental title - to the annoyance of Samoa Joe - and fought bravely before succumbing to a huge spear on the 20-minute mark.

Joe then hit the ring and slapped the Coquina Clutch on Reigns but Jordan came to the rescue with a suplex on Joe to break the hold.
