The Money In The Bank repercussions were felt as the SmackDown crew returned to action this week.
Five of the brand's top stars faced off in a gauntlet match to establish the number one contender to AJ Styles' WWE championship in the main event.
Samoa Joe, The Miz, Daniel Bryan, Rusev and Big E put it all on the line in an epic confrontation for the right to fight for the title at Extreme Rules.
There was also a rematch for Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson against The Bludgeon Brothers, while Sanity debuted in destructive style.
Becky Lynch took on Billie Kay and there was another 'Mellabration' as Carmella looked to toast her victory - and SmackDown title retention - over Asuka at Money In The Bank.
