In depth

Verdict

A poor turnout for the bumper and Star Lord is taken to be too good for Another Moment and Give Us A Gander. The selection races under rules for the first time here but comes from the very capable yard of Tom George and has a couple of pointing wins to his name. Pedigree suggests he should handle a sound surface and with doubts over the other pair and not much else to write home about we will chance him. Another Moment and Give Us A Gander were both last seen in different Sedgefield bumpers. Alan Swinbank's Another Moment has had two runs now but was not without support last time and found little. He may be better for good ground but looks opposable. Relatively speaking Give Us A Gander probably ran to a similar level of form on his debut at that same track and he probably won't be at his best until there is cut in the ground so he is also taken on. Little else makes any appeal and we'll side with Star Lord here.
