        Verdict

        DUTCH LAW was caught in the shadow of the post in better company at Newmarket last time. Hughie Morrison’s charge is upped 2lb but should make another bold bid. Secret Glance won a Class 5 contest at Chepstow but failed to cope with an 8lb rise last time, though still finished ahead of Frenchman, and the less exposed Experto Crede is preferred having placed over today’s trip at HQ on his latest start. The frustrating Ice Royal has his first start on Turf and Funding Deficit has struggled off today’s higher mark since winning at Ayr on his reappearance.
