    Verdict

Regal Dan, a winner on fast ground at Doncaster in September, was only beaten a length at Newmarket on his reappearance but is 3lb higher here. Shebebi won easily at Beverly last month but SECRET TALENT probably has a bit more scope and, after comfortably getting off the mark in a maiden at Kempton, can double his tally here. Professor and Georgian Bay should both improve for their comeback runs but Pay Freeze and Huntsmans Close may find life tough against race-fit rivals.
