Tears Of A Clown can build upon a recent effort to see off Galactic Star and Familiar Territory. The selection stayed on well at Folkestone and with this surface, on breeding, likely to suit, connections can be hopeful of a good run this afternoon. Galactic Star is watched in the market on reappearance. A winner on soft ground at Nottingham, he is highly interesting if the market speaks in his favour. Familiar Territory won in workmanlike fashion at Kempton. This looks a stronger race on paper and improvement will be required in order to land the spoils on this occasion.
