In depth

Verdict

Just Amazing is taken to make it a good day for Paul Nicholls. After making eye catching progress at Uttoxeter last time he failed to see out the trip which was the furthest he had ever encountered. Prior to that he finished second under a penalty over the same course. He is likely to take all the beating. Great Approach finished third behind subsequent Pertemps Final winner Ballyfitz in a qualifier for that named series in February. Stamina has always seemed his strongpoint so therefore it is interesting connections have opted to come back in trip. Your Amount appears the biggest danger to the selection having finished a very creditable second last time behind the progressive Exmoor Ranger. Just Amazing is selected to land the finale.
