In depth

Verdict

This looks wide-open with only a speculative vote going the way of SHE’S PUKKA on last season’s debut success over 1m1f in maiden company. Butterfly Lily ran much better on her introduction than she did at Carlisle last time and is upped in distance today while Home Before Dusk never threatened when third over a mile here a fortnight ago though did finish in front of both Glasses Up and Doon Star. Magic's Boy is preferred to stablemate Sweet Marmalade of the newcomers.
