Verdict

QUEEN KINDLY returns to sprinting having cut little ice in either the Fred Darling or last month’s 1000 Guineas. But the Frankel filly is clear of today’s opposition on these terms and is the one to beat on last year’s success in the Group 2 Lowther at York. Stablemate Mayfair Lady is a decent handicapper but was behind Futoon and Spring Fling in a Listed sprint at Haydock last month and Glenrowan Rose also has a bit to prove in pattern company. The rest have it all to do at the weights though Doncaster maiden winner Fortitude could have been found an easier opportunity and is worth a second glance.
