In depth

Verdict

The Bishop scored over a shorter trip here in March with Knocklayde well beaten in second. The former is 11lb higher today and has been beaten over fences subsequently. Mcginty's Dream is now 13lb higher than when scoring at Newcastle in January while Spoils Of War finished a long way behind the winner when runner-up at Perth last month. But RIVABODIVA (NAP) ran well for third at Hexham on her recent reappearance and a conditional’s 10lb allowance may well be enough to finally see her off the mark.
