Verdict

Nafaath went close at Doncaster under today’s amateur last time when Sergeant Pink was well beaten and the latter scored over fences a fortnight ago. Buzz Boy won at Redcar when last on the level and has been hurdling subsequently while High Expectations and Ripped make the journey over from Ireland and the latter is partnered by Serena Brotherton. But JONNY DELTA arrives on the back of a course and distance success and he gets the vote with today’s rider claiming 5lb and negating a rise in the weights.
