Verdict

Calidus Mirabilis had been running well on the Flat before a reasonable opening run over timber at Roscommon when Little Brother and A Mere Bagatelle were well beaten. Perry Owens hasn't shown much on the level but the half-brother to seven winners looks the type to do better. SISTER ELIZA only had four runs on the Flat, and was placed in the latest at the Galway Festival. She's a half-sister to a winning hurdler and her allowance plus Sean O'Keeffe's claim can see her make a successful hurdling debut.
