Verdict

It’s almost 12 months since Worthy Farm easily landed a maiden point but he’s since joined Paul Nicholls so fitness shouldn’t be an issue. WARTHOG has improved with experience and produced a solid effort on his handicap debut when runner-up at Haydock. Dropping back into maiden company, David Pipe’s grey should be opening his account as he is rated 5lb higher than Hereford second Master Tradesman and 8lb higher than Bangor fifth Overworkdunderpaid. Banrion Scairp is preferred to Merry Milan of the others.
