Kingsmoss disappointed when strongly fancied at Cartmel where he looked one-paced in the closing stages. Capitoline Hill produced a much-improved performance when runner-up to Lizzie Bennett at Clonmel and looks certain to get involved but the one to be on looks to be CARPET ELEGANCE, who attempted to make all at Listowel a month ago on only his second start and kept on nicely when headed two out. He should be fighting fit for this and can probably go on to better things. Hamalka would prefer softer conditions on his return from a long break.
