In depth

Verdict

Brian Ellison has three entries but VALENTINO BOY looks the best of them judging by his second to Dan Troop at Musselburgh as the winner completed a double at Wetherby during the week. He can go one better as Navarone, who made a promising debut on heavy ground last season, hasn't fulfilled his potential on quicker going while Undiscovered Angel is another who has done better on ground with some give though she hasn't been beaten far in any of her races.
