A few of these are old rivals and regulars here. There are five previous course winners among the entries, though Pour La Victoire was engaged to run here yesterday. Ron Harris has trained the winner in three of the last seven years so Agerzam and Powerful Wind are definitely worth a market check. Ginzan is probably high enough in the weights at present but isn't out of this and likewise Storm Lightning. Birdie Queen arrives off the back of a win on Polytrack and Welease Bwian would go close if in the mood, as would Dangerous Age. HEARTSONG was only beaten a short-head over track and trip in May off this mark. She has made the frame at Haydock and Windsor in her last two starts and, though she might have preferred an easier surface, seems sure to be thereabouts again today.
