    Verdict

Essaka arrives in fine form but was due to run at Chepstow yesterday. King Crimson has also been in consistently good form this year and won at Leicester last time though had earlier found BIG LACHIE too good at Bath. The latter has gone close in all three subsequent starts including over course and distance in June and Mark Loughnane’s charge gets another chance in this. Oisin Murphy’s presence on Entertaining Ben takes the eye and the latter is preferred to Windsor specialist Wiley Post having been narrowly beat at Yarmouth last week.
