Verdict

Luxford has raced over course and distance twice before and won on both occasions but she’s 4lb higher than her latest success in July. Captain Sedgwick won at Ffos Las before placing at Salisbury and is upped a further 2lb while GARTH ROCKETT attempts today’s trip for the first time after winning over 7f at Ffos Las. But he won going away on that occasion and, with Jenny Powell’s allowance negating most of a 6lb rise, he gets the nod to go in again. Moonstone Rock also won over 7f here in June but has struggled since while Latest Quest was still well beaten when third over track and trip back in April.
