Verdict

Dutchman's Field, a half-brother to winning miler Spring Adventure, was very slowly away on his debut at Leicester and never got competitive. He should know more today but this trip may be on the sharp side and the one to beat is undoubtedly DIXIE'S DREAM. He stepped up on his debut at Warwick when fourth at Windsor last month and this appears less competitive. The others with experience look modest so newcomer Uncle Roger may be best of the rest, though his pedigree is nothing to write home about.
