In depth

Verdict

In a wide open seller Tuscan Flyer is given a narrow vote ahead of Peruvian Style and Blue Knight. Robin Bastiman's charge has been running with credit this season, without getting his head in front where it matters. He obviously has a liking for Brighton as he won a similar race to this last August, so this could be his time of year. Peruvian Style makes a quick return to the track having chased home Mr Loire at Bath last week. He is well in on official ratings and is a massive danger. Blue Knight would have a chance on his best form as would Danehill Stroller but we will stick with Tuscan Flyer as our tentative choice.
