Plenty of out of form runners here and so Cosmic Destiny does appear to be the obvious choice, Night Prospector and Trinculo could provide most danger. Course ability here at Brighton is a big plus and Cosmic Destiny has proved his liking for this track on numerous occasions. He comes here following a game success at Bath last time out and a folow up victory looks on the cards. Night Prospector didn't take to the blinkers last time out and finished well beaten behind Mr Loire at Bath. Prior to that dismal run he looked on the way back to form and off this career low mark he has to be in with a squeak. Stable companion Trinculo is another that looks attractively weighted. He was just pipped at Chepstow off a mark of 60 back in May and so a ten pound lower rating does give this one each-way appeal. Ever Cheerful is another to consider for the places, but Cosmic Destiny is hard to oppose in his current mood and he gets our vote.
