Verdict

Lenwade gets the confident vote with Daydream Dancer and Fiddles Music heading the list of dangers. The selection won well last time out when defeating Skibereen in a seller and although this is slightly more competitive he remains on a fair mark and has conditions to suit so he will be hard to beat. Daydream Dancer rates the main danger he also won well last time out when defeating Lenwade. He is worse off with that rival here but he appeared to need every yard of that 11 furlong trip so the drop in distance is not sure to suit and for that reason he is opposed. Fiddles Music is another worthy of respect on his best form but he was well beaten in an easier race behind Cunning Pursuit last time and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Cobalt Blue remains on a fair mark and has the ability to go close but he needs everything to fall right for him so he is not a betting proposition. Mr Belvedere ran as if about to hit form when fourth behind Mister Completely last time and is another with place claims but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Lenwade.
