In depth

Verdict

Keith Dalgleish could be on for a quick double here as Tectonic is only 3lb higher than when scoring over a slightly shorter trip at Hamilton last month. But we're inclined to give another chance to JOYFUL SOUND, who has got his act together lately and didn't do a lot wrong in a better race at Beverley last time. Bygones For Coins comfortably beat Outlaw Torn at Newcastle nine days ago but the runner-up enjoys a big turnaround at the weights today and should finish closer. Madame Blavatsky is still a maiden but only found one too good on her latest start and can't be left out of calculations.
