        Verdict

        None of this bunch make any appeal and a purely token vote goes to the unexposed OLD CHINA making his handicap debut on his reappearance. New Abbey Angel had been placed on a couple of occasions before returning a losing favourite at Ayr but Beverley Bullet’s double last year came in plating races. Leonard Thomas has won just the once since 2013 but that’s still one more than Highfield Lass has managed so far.
