Verdict

Mister Royal went close again at Nottingham last week having won over 7f at Catterick earlier but has been raised a further 5lb. Knight Of The Air is usually thereabouts without winning and Circuitous last got his head in front back in 2013. But WHO’S SHIRL scored off a higher mark last year and a recent third at Doncaster suggests Chris Fairhurst’s veteran mare has another win in her. Character Onesie has also slipped down the weights and could return to form at any time.
