An obvious chance for Wild Cane Ridge to see off Isellido. A recent second in a similar contest at the track, Wild Cane Ridge will probably be better over further but there looks to be very little strength in depth and barring accidents, this should be little more than a schooling run. Isellido ran a fair race at Hexham on a third racecourse outing. He handles the ground, stays well but has to find plenty on the book. Classical Ben is unproven on the prevailing ground while Sea Laughter finished second in an appalling race at Ayr in which more than half the field were pulled up and the remainder were strung out like the washing. Wild Cane Ridge should be good enough to win this but backers face taking short prices.
