Verdict

Zoravan and Paparazzi filled the places in last year’s renewal and the former was narrowly beaten by Smugglers Creek over 7f here last month. It was soft going when Storm Ahead ended a long losing run by scoring at Doncaster recently and Jackhammer won a couple of lower grade handicaps over 1m1f here earlier. But the latter’s stablemate REDARNA bids for a hat-trick of course wins having scored with a a bit to spare over track and trip last week. He may well shrug off a penalty in his current mood and gets the vote. Ventura Gold could go well dropping back down in trip but Burj continues to struggle.
