Verdict

Malpas was in fine form here early in the year though struggled on a recent reappearance and WOR VERGE is preferred. The latter landed a double over course and distance more recently and the hat-trick beckons with a conditional’s allowance negating a 6lb rise in the weights. Applaus has plenty to find with the selection on latest running while Curious Times has struggled in Ireland since winning at Perth in September.
