    Verdict

Go Nani Go is the choice to get back on the winning trail after a disappointing effort at Pontefract recently. That contest, his first attempt at six furlongs, was a three runner event and his rider as a consequence failed to get any cover and Go Nani Go refused to settle. When asked to go about his job he failed to respond. His margin of defeat is probably due to the fact his rider accepted the issue one furlong from home and while there is no getting away from the performance, it was too bad to be true. He displayed good speed on his racecourse debut and Bryan Smart reportedly rates him amongst his top tier of juveniles. The second from his racecourse debut has since broke his maiden tag. Effort was a major market drifter on his racecourse debut but belied that lack of support to put up a smart performance in what was a weak event, the front two drawing a long way clear. He showed signs of greenness on his debut and there was a lot to like about his battling performance. Support for Lucky Art would be significant, the yard having saddled a hugely impressive maiden winner earlier in the week called South Central. He is a half-brother to the 1997 Arlington Million winner Marlin. Of the other previous winners in the contest, Ykikamoocow beat a poor field on his racecourse debut but won it in fine style. She will find this much tougher though. Go Nani Go is selected to get back on the winning trail, possibly en-route to taking up an engagement at Royal Ascot.
