PLAYTOTHEWHISTLE landed a handicap at this level at Southwell last month so it was no surprise when he followed up a few days later in lesser grade. He arrives here with a 6lb penalty but Adam Carter's claim takes care of most of that so a hat-trick beckons. True Pleasure was in good form in the early part of last season and won here on soft ground in June. She's on a lower mark this time so looks a threat. Powerful Presence invariably competes at a higher level and though she hasn't won for a long time she's now dropped to such a lowly mark that it will be a surprise if she's not in the mix. Slingsby is still a maiden and has finished runner-up in five successive outings, mostly at a lower level than this, but Tanawar is just 1lb higher than his victory over the course and distance in September.
