Meandmyshadow arrives on the back of a double over 6f on decent ground and, facing different conditions here, she could be worth taking on with CHOOKIE ROYALE. The latter went close in the soft going over 6f at Newcastle during the week and has plenty of scope for improvement on only his sixth outing. Beckermet will handle today's conditions and has solid claims, but Just The Tonic and Music Festival would prefer a faster surface. Catallout has an outside chance and it could pay to keep a close eye on Mick Easterby's Strong Man as it's unlikely we've seen the best of him yet.
