In depth

Verdict

La Guapita was placed at Lingfield at the start of the year but has failed to match that effort subsequently and the rest with racecourse experience have yet to threaten. So this looks a good opportunity for a newcomer with a couple standing out. Godolphin run Golden Goal, who is related to the useful sprinter Rosie’s Premiere but SUBHAAN is just preferred. He’s a half-brother to five winners including the Listed scorer Master Of War and Roger Varian’s charge makes more appeal than the likes of Afterburner and Alternate Route.
