      Verdict

      Harlequin Rock is upped 4lb for winning at Pontefract last month but drops in class while Goldenfield finished ahead of Lady President and previous winner Jassur when runner-up at Wolverhampton last time. But EPSOM DAY (NAP) gets the nod after finding only one too good, when hampered, on his handicap bow at Wolverhampton, where he also beat Lady President. Recognition has failed to threaten in similar races so far but Silas R may do better now handicapping for the first time.
