Verdict

HOBSON has gone well fresh in the past and also has winning form over this C&D. With John Fahy good value for his 3lb claim, it would be no surprise to see Eve Johnson Houghton's six-year-old make a successful reappearance off what appears a generous rating. Angelena Ballerina is climbing the weights after completing a hat-trick on the all-weather but she's clearly in good heart and should handle to switch back to turf. Lutine Charlie and You've Been Mowed may need this while Valmina only beat one home at Kempton last month, though wasn't beaten that far.
