Verdict

The Last Bridge exploited a lenient mark to justify favouritism at Ffos Las on Monday but doesn't look an easy ride and may be worth opposing under a penalty. SOMERBY stayed on well to score at Lingfield last month with Massini Sunset back in fourth. Donal Devereux claims 3lb here, which accounts for more than half of the subsequent rise, and Richenda Ford's 10-year-old is fancied to go in again as Derwen Pryde was beaten 24 lengths when second at Ffos Las last time and had earlier lost out here to Loughalder, though is 8lb better off and has the beating of Massini Sunset on that run. Kilcascan won off a pound higher mark at Uttoxeter in October but has been easily brushed aside since.
