    Verdict

John Quinn has only had two runners here in the past five years so the presence of CHEVALIER DU LAC should be taken seriously. The yard enjoyed a good start to the turf season in April and the son of Sir Prancelot, a staying on second on debut at Beverley, should come on considerably for the run and can go one better. The form of Tap Tap Boom's debut run looks nothing special at present but he should also progress for the experience, with similar comments applicable to Son Castello and Secret Coin. Zig Zag Girl disappointed on her second outing at Beverley but does enter calculations if repeating the level of her debut run when a commendable runner-up to Fastnet Spin.
