Verdict

MRS BROWN'S BOY was clearly out of his depth in the Coventry Stakes but earlier efforts at Goodwood and York were respectable enough and he's fancied to give the weight away here to Indian Affair, who isn't getting any closer to opening his account, and the modest Star Maid. The latter's stablemate, Dawn Catcher, makes her debut this evening and is best watched.
