Verdict

It will be interesting to see how winning pointer Dinos Benefit goes on his first start for the Gold Cup-winning Tizzard team. There's every reason to expect a good run but Nicky Henderson is so shrewd with his placement of novice hurdlers and this looks another good opportunity for KUPATANA (NAP) to land a second success in three starts for the champion trainer. She did very well to win the last day after running loose for a whole circuit of Lingfield and clearly has an engine, whilst the first-time application of a hood should assist her further. Kestrel Valley deserves a mention on the back of a promising hurdling debut at Exeter last month and completes the shortlist.
