Verdict

Baby King will probably start favourite on the basis of a recent second at Musselburgh. He won at Aintree in November but was beaten a long way behind OVERTOWN EXPRESS (NAP) and Rock On Rocky at Newbury in between and might struggle to reverse those placings. Harry Fry’s charge hasn’t enjoyed much luck since but looks the pick of the weights today and the likely strong pace will play to his strengths. Eastlake often pops up when least expected so can’t be ignored but he’s not getting any younger. Neither is the returning Savello or Tornado In Milan and Bright New Dawn looks to have lost the plot.
