In depth

Verdict

ROUDOUDOU VILLE was very impressive when quickening clear of his rivals at Wincanton two weeks ago. As that was only the six-year-old's second start over fences in this country, there is almost certainly further improvement in the pipeline and he can defy a 12lb higher mark here. Star Galaxy looks to have little hope of reversing Ffos Las running with Ready Or Not, who rates a danger off bottom weight, while Bushwacker is racing for the first time since disappointing at Kempton in November. Amble Forge produced a better effort over C&D earlier this month, however, and has won off higher marks in the past.
